About our Seeded Sourdough
Traditionally made by hand and freshly baked just hours before arriving at your door by 'The Baker', a master pastry baker who trained in Freiburg, Germany at a traditional pastry shop. Ingredients: 1/3 wholegrain wheat and 2/3 white wheat bread flour, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds and sesame seeds, water, salt and yeast. All weights are approximate.
