FAQ's

Do I have to have a weekly subscription?

  • No, you can purchase one off boxes as regularly as you like, although many of our customers find it helpful to have a weekly or fortnightly repeat order.


I have booked a holiday can I pause my repeat order?

  • Yes. If you head over to your account and select "Holidays" you can choose the weeks you are away and do not need a delivery.


When can I order a box?

  • We publish our veg box contents on a Saturday by 9am and our order deadline is Friday 11pm.


When will my Box be delivered?

  • Your set delivery day depends on where you live. You will see your delivery day just above your basket in your account.


Some of your products says its out of stock?

  • We do have limits on some of our produce. Ordering early will ensure you get every thing you want.


Can I make swaps to my basket?

  • You can swap up to 5 items in each box. You can do this once you have added a box to your basket by clicking on the double arrow Icon.


How do I remove an item from my basket?

  • You can remove an item from your basket by clicking on the pencil and paper icon next to the item you would like to remove.

 
How do I check out?

  • There is no check out. As long as you have added your card details and there is a box or you have met the minimum spend (£12), your basket will be processed at 11pm on Fridays.


How do I return my empty Box?

  • If you leave it out on the night of your next delivery our driver will collect it and leave your new one in its place.
