1 - See if we deliver to your area and register

Your delivery day is based on your postcode and will be shown on your online basket.
Once you're registered, you'll need to set up your delivery address and payment card - if this needs doing, there will be a link at the top of your online basket. Details are securely stored by Stripe and never by us.

2 - Choose your box from our seasonal range

You need to put a fruit/ vegetable box into your basket or reach the minimum spend for your order to be processed (£12) - we publish a range of box sizes and types, so select items that meet your needs.
Box contents go live each Sunday morning, the sooner you shop the more items will be available to swap into your box, as some will be limited stock.

3 - Add extras and customise your box

Shop from our range of add on extras from local juices and fresh bread to free range eggs.
If there are items that you'd rather not have in your box, make the swaps you'd like. Higher value items will be made clear, if you choose one the price of your box will be adjusted up. If you are ordering a box more than one week in advance, the box contents will go live one week before order cut off so you will not be able to make swaps until the contents are live.
You can adjust your order up until 11pm on the Friday or Saturday before your delivery day (depending on which day your delivery falls.) Bread orders can be added to/ changed up until 11am each Friday for Tuesday deliveries as this is an earlier deadline for the bakery, but there is no early deadline to adhere to if you have a Wednesday delivery.

4 - We prepare and deliver your order

Our team will then pick and carefully prepare your order the day of delivery into our returnable boxes ensuring peak freshness and flavour.
Your order is delivered the same day each week.
You will also get an email confirmation that we've dropped off your box.
All our deliveries happen at night between 10pm-7am in a sealed box ready for you in the morning of your delivery day. If there is somewhere specific you would like your boxes left then please enter them into the delivery instructions.

A note on timings

To help you plan, these are the key points in the week:

Box contents and extras published by 9am on a Sunday for following week delivery.

Email reminder of what is in your basket for this week each Friday.

Order deadline and payment is 11pm on a Friday for Tuesday deliveries and 11pm on a Saturday for Wednesday deliveries.

A reminder of your delivery day will be stated on your basket.
