


Wholemeal sourdough baked the traditional way locally by Artisan Bread Company in the heart of Headcorn, Kent. Richer in flavour and more fibrous than the white sourdough. Made following our own ethos of no chemicals, no shortcuts. Just honest, wholesome loaves made with natural fermentation methods. This sourdough is healthy, full of flavour and simple, made using only three ingredients, all locally sourced: wholemeal flour, water and salt. Unlike many commercial loaves filled with preservatives and additives.
