


Widmore farm Kohl Rabi - crisp, juicy & surprisingly versatile in the kitchen, with a mild and sweet flavour, often compared to a cross between a radish, cabbage and broccoli stem. The bulb, leaves and stem are all edible and delicious grated into salads, roasted with our rapeseed oil, or simply sliced for crunchy snacking. We grow both Kohl Rabi Quickstar (green) and Kohl Rabi Ballot (purple). Grown completely naturally, spray free.
