Patty Pan Squash

Mild and soft-skinned, our Patty Pan Greendisc squash are a summer variety that resemble little UFOs. Harvested while young and tender, they taste similar to courgettes and can be used in the same way, but with firmer flesh. Great roasted, grilled or sauteed. As with everything we grow here, they are grown naturally and chemical free.
