About our Mustard Pickle

Made super locally in Paddock Wood. A pickle of various vegetables with mustard and spices. This is very much an August and September pickle, requiring that elusive vegetable, the marrow, as well as cauliflower, cucumber, onions and beans. Mustard Pickle is not gluten free as it contains a small amount of wheat flour used as a thickener. Mustard has also been identified as one of the allergens that have to be indicated in labelling. Store it out of the sun or the colour will fade.
