Organic halloumi cheese from the award winning High Weald Dairy. This cheese is suitable for vegetarians and is perfect in a salad or as a snack. Made from a blend of pasteurised sheep and cows milk, giving it the yellow colour, with the addition of mint. Keep refrigerated. All weights are approximate.
