Tomato & Chilli Relish

Sunshine on a side plate! This relish is hot and sweet and goes really well with mature cheddar. It looks pretty too! Combining both fresh and dried chillies so the flavour of the chillies, as well as the heat, comes through. Lovingly hand made in Paddock Wood.
